My Projects

Building Mental Health Resources Chatbot

Developed a simple chatbot that acts as a Mental Health Helpline. It is fed a corpus of mental health resources. Using Natural Language Processing, tokenization, removal of noise and stop words, stemming, and lemmatization was done. Using the TF-IDF vectorizer and cosine similarity, the appropriate responses were generated.

Image Caption Developer

Designed an Image Caption Generator that combines computer vision and natural language processing techniques analyses the context of an image and describes it. It was trained on the Flickr 30k dataset in which each image has about five captions pertinent to it. For detecting the image, the VGG16 model is used. Using LSTM and Bleu scores, the text generation is done.

Developed a heart failure prediction model using the parameters age, sex, chest pain type, resting blood pressure, serum cholesterol, fasting blood sugar, resting electrocardiographic results, maximum heart rate achieved, exercise-induced angina, old peak = ST depression induced by exercise relative to rest, the slope of the peak exercise ST segment, number of major vessels (0-3) colored by fluoroscopy and thal.
